Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, our fulfillment team processes it within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is prepared and handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We partner with several trusted national carriers to deliver your order. Depending on your location, your package may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or a comparable major logistics provider. The carrier is selected at the time of dispatch to provide the most reliable delivery to your destination.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–5 business days across the contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days. Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses typically follow standard military mail timelines and may take longer.
Please note that delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates. While we work hard to meet these windows, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, natural disasters, or peak holiday periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden handling charges.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office before contacting us. If the issue persists, reach out to our Customer Service team within 7 days of the delivery scan, and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. For items that arrive damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and contact us immediately.
